Fall Race Team
Our season runs Tuesday September 8th until Tuesday November 10th, attending travelling and local regattas (competitions).
Practices:
Tuesdays: 4:30pm-7:30pm
Sundays: 12:00pm-4:00pm (excluding thanksgiving, October 11th)

Fall Dinghies at Royal Victoria Yacht Club (September 26/27)*
Pumpkin Bowl at West Vancouver Yacht Club (October 24/25)*
Bluenose at Kitsilano Yacht Club (November 7/8)
*select regattas for returning senior race team members only
Opti Race Team
Ages: 10+
Price: $600 (does not include regatta registration)
Prerequisite: CANSail 2 (or recommendation by instructor)

Sailing in Optimist dinghies, participants will practice with friends, take on new challenges, and even get a chance to participate in local regattas. It’s all about growing your skills, having fun, and enjoying time on the water!
420 Race Team
Ages: 12+
Price: $650 (does not include regatta registration)

Designed for young sailors ready to start compete, this program focuses on developing racing skills, advanced techniques, and strategies. Participants will train in double handed c420 dinghies and gain experience through practice sessions and local regattas.

Laser Race Team

Join the Laser Race Team and challenge yourself in one of the most competitive fleets in sailing! This program is designed for sailors looking to develop advanced racing skills in a single-handed boat, where independence and precision are key.
Participants will train in Lasers, focusing on technique, strategy, and boat speed while competing against other skilled sailors. With a strong emphasis on personal growth and competitive racing, this program is perfect for those ready to take their sailing to the next level.
Spring Race Team
Spring Race Team is the perfect time to get out on the water and practice sailing skills in a semi-competitive environment from early May to end of June
